Privacy Policy

Crush It Sites is a product of Crush It Media Group LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect through crushitsites.com and the websites we build and host for our clients, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Contact and lead forms. When you submit a form on this site or on a website we host, we collect what you enter — typically your name, phone number, email, and a description of your request.

Consent records. When a form includes a communications-consent checkbox, we store a record of that consent: the time, the exact consent language shown, the page it was given on, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. We keep this record to prove express consent under telemarketing laws such as the TCPA.

Call tracking. Some websites we host use tracking phone numbers. Calls to those numbers may record the caller's number, call time, duration, and — where permitted and disclosed — call audio, used to measure and deliver leads.

Payment information. When you purchase a website or a care plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Usage data. Like most websites, our servers automatically log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to keep the platform secure and working. We keep analytics minimal.

How we use it

To respond to your request, to build and deliver the service you asked about, to route leads submitted on hosted websites to the business that serves them, to process payments, and to operate and secure our platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Forms on websites we host

Many websites on our platform belong to, or are operated for, independent local businesses. When you submit a form or place a call on one of those sites, your information is shared with the business that site serves so they can respond to you. Their handling of your information after delivery is governed by their own practices.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run our platform (hosting, database, telephony, email delivery, payments), with the business a lead is intended for, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

Retention and security

We keep lead, consent, and transaction records for as long as needed to serve the business purpose and to satisfy legal record-keeping requirements, then delete them. Data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices

To opt out of calls or texts, say so on any call or reply STOP to any text. To ask what we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, contact us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact
