Crush It Sites, a product of Crush It Media Group LLC, respects intellectual-property rights and expects the businesses we work with to do the same. If you believe content on a website we host infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting infringement

Send a written notice to support@crushitsites.com that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) of the material you want removed, so we can find it.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

What we do next

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material in question and make a reasonable effort to notify the site owner. We keep a record of notices received.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your contact information and consent to the appropriate jurisdiction. We may restore the material as permitted by law.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances we will suspend or terminate services for those who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
