Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the ground rules for using Crush It Sites (a product of Crush It Media Group LLC) and the websites we host. It applies to our clients, anyone acting on their behalf, and visitors to sites on our platform. It works alongside our Terms of Service.

You may not use our services to

• Publish or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or deliberately deceptive content.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or invasive of privacy.
• Host malware, phishing, or anything designed to harm, deceive, or collect data under false pretenses.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or violate anti-spam or telemarketing laws.
• Publish adult, gambling, weapons, or other regulated content without the legal right to do so, or where prohibited.
• Attempt to breach, overload, probe, or disrupt our platform, servers, or other users' sites — including scraping, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service activity.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a business.

Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information on your site — business details, licensing or certification claims, prices, photos, and reviews — and for any privacy or regulatory disclosures your industry requires. You confirm you have the right to use everything you give us.

Enforcement

If content or activity violates this policy, we may remove it, suspend the site, or terminate services — with notice where practical, and immediately where the law or a serious risk requires it. We may also cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate. Suspension for a violation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts owed.

Reporting a problem and contact

To report abuse or a violation on a site we host, email support@crushitsites.com with the address and details. Questions about this policy can go there or through the contact page.
