There is no catch — the preview is our sales pitch. We would rather show you a finished website than talk about one. If you do not buy it, the preview comes down and we both move on. It costs you nothing either way.

Exactly what it says: you pay nothing up front. You only pay once you have seen the finished website and told us you want it. If we got a detail wrong — your hours, a phone number, a service you do not offer — we fix that for free so the site is accurate. Want it to work differently? Once you are on board at the quoted price, we do a round of refinements to dial it in; brand-new pages or features are quoted on their own. What you never do is pay before you have seen the finished site and said yes.

It depends on the size of the build, and you get an exact all-in quote together with your free preview — before you have paid anything. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons, and the price you approve is the price you pay. A low monthly (or annual) care plan keeps it hosted and maintained after launch.

Because we build websites every day, on our own platform, with our own design system — not by dragging boxes around a page builder. Structure, copy, and design come together fast; the polish pass is where the time goes. It is a finished, working site, not a mockup.

Yes — that is most of our work. We pull what is worth keeping from your current site (your story, photos, services), rebuild it from zero, and show you both side by side. The before-and-after usually closes the argument.

Yes. Once your payment clears, the design and content are yours, and you own and control your own domain name. We launch it on your domain and you are never locked in.

You can, anytime, and we will hand you a complete copy of your site’s design and content. One honest heads-up so there are no surprises: your site is built to run on the Crush It Sites platform. The look of the site travels anywhere, but the connected features — your lead/contact form, your content editor, lead notifications, and instant updates — run on our hosting and technology. On another host, those pieces stop working until a developer rebuilds them, which takes technical setup and cost. That is why nearly everyone stays hosted with us: everything just works and you never have to think about it.

Yes — your client portal has a built-in editor: open any page, click the text or photo you want to change, and publish when you’re happy. Everything saves as a draft first, and one click brings back the previous version, so you can’t break anything. Rather not touch it? Send us the change instead — small edits are part of every care plan.

Hosting, SSL, security, backups, and uptime — plus a set amount of small edits each month (text, photos, hours, prices, services), and your leads emailed straight to your inbox. Higher tiers add faster response times, active lead-delivery monitoring, and a regular health report. New pages, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately. Plans are monthly or annual, and annual gives you two months free.

Hosting is bundled with every site and it is how the connected features (your form, editor, and lead alerts) keep working — so in practice, yes, your site lives on our platform. You are not locked in: you own your site and your domain and can leave whenever you like, with a full copy of your design and content in hand.

Yes. Email us and we stop future renewals — no cancellation fees, no runaround. A monthly plan stays active through the end of the month you already paid for; an annual plan stays active through the end of the paid year. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the details.

An active care plan is what keeps your site online and maintained. If you cancel or a payment lapses past its grace period, the site can be taken offline — but that is not deletion. Your domain and content remain yours, and reactivating (or paying the balance) brings it back. We will always tell you before anything goes dark.

The one-time build fee is non-refundable once paid — but remember, you only pay after you have seen the finished site and decided to keep it. Care plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. After that, monthly plans are not prorated and annual plans are non-refundable for the paid term. Every site we build has click-to-call everywhere and a contact form wired to reach you. When someone fills out the form, the lead is emailed straight to your inbox — and on our higher care tiers we actively test that delivery and include the lead count in your report, so you always know it is working.

We build fast, modern sites that convert the visitors you already get — that is the honest promise for a brochure website, and we will not sell you a page-one guarantee, because nobody can.
